This upper-floor end unit condo is ideally situated for your perfect ski getaway, surrounded by everything you need: ski rentals, heated pool and hot tubs, fitness center, ice skating rink, ski lifts, ski school, basic groceries, restaurants, and shops—all just a 1-minute walk away.

 

The condo boasts 3 bedrooms with a cozy loft and sleeps up to 10 guests, thanks to the sofa sleeper. You'll also have the convenience of covered garage parking and a complimentary ski locker for quick and easy mountain access.

 

Bedroom/Bed Configuration:

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite tub/shower bathroom (located on the main level)

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (located on the upper level)

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and 2 twin beds (one twin in a trundle), located on the upper level. This room features a partition for added privacy between the queen and twin beds.

• Sofa Sleeper: Queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the living area

• Full bathroom inside the master bedroom (main level)

• Full bathroom at the top of the stairs near the queen bedrooms

• Half bath off the living area (main level)

• Pool, hot tubs, and fitness center within the Lodges building

• One covered parking space in the condo parking garage (parking pass required at all times)

Guest Access:

• Guests have access to one covered parking space, but with the condo’s unbeatable location and the free transit bus stop just outside the door, a car is optional. Park City's free transit system will take you anywhere you need to go in the area.
