February 2026. This was our third year staying at Crescent 117. It was just as enjoyable as our first stay. The location, the cleanliness, the coziness of the unit is what keeps us coming back.

We ran into a few issues and the management was outstanding. Clear communication and everything fixed rapidly. Could not have asked for a better stay. Great location. Will definitely look to come back next year.

    First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City! Please do not bring skis or poles in the house. Please do not wear ski boots in the house. Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking. Please remove shoes when entering the home. There are no pets allowed. Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM. Thank you for being our guests!
